The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer applications, mathematics, or a related field; plus two years of experience in computer support. OR Completion of technical training in computer science, data processing, or a related field acquired from a vocational, military, or industrial setting plus four years experience in computer support plus one year of supervisory experience. Additional requirements determined by the agency for recruiting purposes require review and approval by the Office of Personnel Management. Additional experience desired: Knowledge of the limitations and use of mainframe and microcomputer hardware and software. Ability to analyze computer system problems or errors and devise corrective measures. Ability to write moderately complex applications to fulfill requirement or select appropriate off-the-shelf software and modify to suit the agency or institution. |

The formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in general business, business administration, finance, or a related field; plus one year of fiscal related experience. Additional requirements determined by the agency for recruiting purposes require review and approval by the Office of Personnel Management. Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or parts of these basic requirements. Additional experience desired: Knowledge and experience with UALR procedures for Bursar’s Office, Student Accounts and Financial Aid Departments. Knowledge of purchase orders and processing personnel action forms, BANNER and BOSS. Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with diverse individuals and departments. |

The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and two years of experience in higher education administration. Additional experience desired: Student records, BANNER and technical skill are preferred; ability to multi-task, knowledge of UALR policies and procedures is preferred. |

Completion of sufficient education or training to read and write; plus five years of experience or licensed in the appropriate skilled trade area. Additional experience desired: State of Arkansas High Pressure Boiler Operators license. Knowledge of the basic principles, practices and equipment used in the heating and refrigeration trade; safety precautions involved with operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment and experience in the use of such; electrical, mechanical and pneumatic testing equipment. |

Additional experience desired: Working on bucket trucks, Possess or willing to obtain DOT Class B Commercial Driver's License. Must possess Arkansas Journeyman Electrician License.
